Position Description
You support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by running great work shifts and meeting brand and company standards. You take ownership and responsibility to solve problems, seek help when needed and are willing to help and guide others. Key responsibilities include making sure Team Members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You'll also ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for Team Members to work and customers to visit.
Assistant Manager behaviours include:- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
- Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Develop, implement and analyze budgets
- Provide customer service
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Experience: - Three years of relevant management experience
